Yay for Monday!! Yay for July!! & Yay for the Fourth of July!! Besides Christmas {and my birthday! lol}, Fourth of July is definitely a favorite holiday in our house. Who doesn’t love food, friends, family, and fireworks right!? 🙂

When styling looks for holidays, I like to keep them simple and not crazy over the top. Normally, I like to buy something new for each holiday, but I always make sure I will be able to wear it all season long. This one shoulder top from hello ruby is perfect for all of your Fourth of July activities and for the rest of the summer! Just look at that ruffle detail!? You can find this top, which is under $43, at hello ruby’s next event {here} or you can call, text, email, or DM Jill on Instagram to order it now! Last summer, I would have never worn a one shoulder top, but now that I found theee perfect strapless bra, it does not stop me! Find that here. If you are not a big strapless fan, you can still wear this top by creating a one shoulder strap on your bra.

Lately, I have totally been loving blue/white strips. The simplicity of the stripes and cool tones of the blue/white together make a perfect combo for summer. Since it is an American holiday, I wanted to throw some red into my look, and these J. Crew shorts were the perfect choice! The colour is called ‘warm cerise’ and are the 4″ hem! J. Crew offers many different hem lengths, which allows their shorts to work for everyone. I am around 5’8″ and the 4″ hem is perfect for me. This hem is not crazy short and allows me to feel comfortable while wearing them.

For the details, I ditched my Apple Watch and went with my Kate Spade ‘5 o’clock somewhere’ watch {under $140!!} and Keep Collective bracelets. I purchased this watch, probably 2-3 years ago, and the fact that it is still available, just shows how much it is loved!

If you have never heard of Keep Collective bracelets, think of them as a modern charm bracelet. Keep Collective is a Stella & Dot business, and allows you to personalize any bracelet, necklace, or key fob. When on the site, you will first pick out your keeper, I chose the sky blue and pink bracelet because it matched my watch. For the charms, I kept them simple and sweet on the pink, going with a pineapple, anchor, and palm tree. I chose the pineapple because for one, I just love pineapples, but it is the symbol for hospitality. It reminds me to always be kind to others and to welcome them in. The anchor allows me to remember where my anchor lays, my home. No matter where my life takes me, Omaha will always be home. Finally, the palm tree reminds me of my travels. I went with a palm tree because 1. I love to go to beaches and 2. it just reminds me to stand tall and take on the world. For my sky blue keeper, I just went with a ‘say something’ charm that says “all things are possible” which reminds me of my favorite bible verse. With Keep Collective, you can create a very meaningful piece or something just for fun! They have tons and tons of different charms, even MLB teams! Most of the charms come in silver and gold, but they do have some rose gold options too! Currently, they are having a super fab sale and you can find that, here!

My third bracelet is the Lillian and Co. ‘never grow up’ cuff. Lillian and Co. is a Disney inspired company that offers cuffs with popular Disney sayings. All bracelets are $26 and come in silver, gold, and rose gold! I literally want every.single.one! Ps.. their name is Lillian and Co. because of Lillian Disney, Walt’s wife. How adorable is that?!

Alright gals, I just purchased these sunnies last week while at the Mall of America and they are perfect! I first saw them from Danielle on Loverly Grey, and knew I had to get them! These Anthropologie ‘Alice Tortoise’ sunnies are under $40 and definitely a summer essential. I have really sensitive eyes so my sunnies have to be strong protection. I have worn these almost everyday since purchasing them and they do the job! Also, Anthro is having their Tag Sale right now and you can check that out, here!

Find a similar Straw Clutch, here, and nude wedges, here!

Have a super fab {and safe!} Fourth of July!!
