Hi gal pals! How was your weekend? I bet it was fab-u-lous. This weekend, we finally said goodbye to our blue house and made our way into our “halfway” house until we go home in May. Our home is almost done being framed, which is so fun to watch! Which also means we get to start picking out all of the fun stuff.. flooring, paint colours, counter tops.. all the things. My roommates and I are pretty stoked to get moved in. You can follow our journey at #movingthegregorys on instagram!

Since this is our last post for February, we are doing a check up on my reading and then adding in some fun February adventures too.

First up.. Book Review. This month I read Rich and Pretty by Rumaan Alam. This was our first book club pick, and I actually picked it.. however, I did not love it. The plot was not really catchy, and it kind of just ended. I did enjoy reading about how Lauren and Sarah’s friendship changed over the course of their lifetime, and the dialog between them was relatable.

My next book up is When In French by Lauren Collins. I found this when I was just looking around Barnes and Nobles & I am always down for a French book. #mypeople

For my book club we are reading .. Postmortem by Patricia Cornwell.. I am normally not into thrillers, but this looked to good to pass up! Want to join our book club?? Shoot me an email, hello@nicoleineverycolour.com 🙂

Now, my February highlights..

We got to skate and play hockey on the main rink as the Omaha Hockey team.. Major fan girl moment.

Target and toys because why not?

We cheered on the Mavericks for my Dad’s birthday.

Valentine’s Day

My momma and I attend the One Women SATC Parody show with Omaha Performing Arts!

Spring Weather.

Moving day.

For March, I am looking forward to focusing on my goals and encouraging others more.. for Jackson’s birthday..  traveling.. & living well.

Bring it on March!
